I will admit I was very skeptical at first. Can a bunch of crystals do something to your body and stress? At that time, I was going through a challenging time in my life and one of my friends kept suggesting Manuela, again and again. So, I had a go! Honestly, it was just incredible! I was totally in Manuela’s hands and for the first time in years, I felt safe and relaxed. I was able to let go (which is very difficult for me to do).
